Hi, I’m Kelley—mom of two, business owner, and the founder of Kelley Lynn Fit.

I know what it’s like to feel pulled in a million directions. Between running a business, raising a family, and trying to squeeze in time for myself, I’ve lived the hustle. That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping other women find their strength—physically and mentally—even in the busiest seasons of life.

With over a decade of experience in fitness and a deep love for strength training, I created Kelley Lynn Fit to give women a no-fluff, realistic approach to fitness. One that builds muscle, confidence, and sustainable habits—without extreme diets or long hours at the gym.

My programs are built to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re a total beginner or getting back into a routine, I’ll help you train smarter, fuel better, and feel stronger from the inside out.

  • I’ve been a hairstylist for 21 years transitioning full-time fitness coach

  • I love RDLs, sumo squats, and protein coffee in the early mornings.

  • You’ll often find me training 1:1 clients in the private studio, filming workouts, or building programs for my Strong & Sculpted crew

  • My mission is to help busy women feel powerful, capable, and proud of their progress—without guilt or burnout
