Q: Do I need my camera on?
A: Nope! Your camera can stay off if you’d like. You’re welcome to just follow along.
Q: Will I get the Zoom link right away?
A: Yes—once you book a live class, you’ll receive an email with the link for that class.
Q: How early should I log on?
A: I’ll be on 15 minutes before class starts. That way, I can quickly go over what we’ll be doing and what you’ll need.
Q: Do I have to stay on after class?
A: Not at all! You can hop right off and get on with your day.
Q: Can you see what I’m doing during class?
A: My screen is small, so I can’t really see you. Don’t be embarrassed—just do your best. You can always ask me questions after class.
Q: Are the classes recorded?
A: Yes! All live classes are added to the on-demand library for you to access anytime.
Q: What about microphones during class?
A: Mics will always be muted during class to cut down on background noise and to keep the screen focused on me. Don’t worry—I’ll make sure everyone is muted before I hit record.
Q: What equipment should I bring to class?
A: You’ll want a set of dumbbells in varying ranges (light, medium, and heavy if you have them) and a set of resistance bands/mini loop bands. That’s all you need to get a great workout in!
Q: How heavy should my weights be?
A: Choose a weight that feels challenging but still allows you to keep good form. Lift as heavy as you are strong right now, and increase as you go. My classes are designed for all levels, so you can adjust the weight to match your strength and progress over time.
Q: How long are the classes?
A: Each class runs about 30–45 minutes—enough to get a full-body workout without taking up your whole day.
Q: What if I can’t make it live?
A: No problem! All classes are recorded and uploaded to the on-demand library so you can do them anytime.
Q: I’m new—will I be able to keep up?
A: Yes! Every workout is designed with modifications so you can go at your own pace. You’ll get stronger and more confident with each class.
Q: Do I need a lot of space?
A: Not at all. A small area in your living room or home gym works just fine—you only need enough space to step forward, back, and to the side.
Q: Will there be coaching during class?
A: Yes! I’ll cue you through the moves, show modifications, and give form tips throughout the workout.
Q: Do I need to warm up before class?
A: No, I’ll guide you through a warm-up at the beginning and a quick cool-down at the end.
Q: What if I have an injury or limitation?
A: Always check with your doctor first, but most moves can be modified. Listen to your body and use the variation that feels best for you.
Q: Do I have to do the classes on the same day they’re scheduled?
A: Nope! You can follow along live or catch the replays on your own time. Feel free to make up your own schedule—just be sure to give your body time to rest and recover between workouts.
